What is the minimum order?

One trade carton per product line. We built the minimums for independent kitchens, not just distributors, and volume tiers start rewarding you from your first repeat order.

Can I see the grading data before a first order?

Yes. Every quotation comes with the full grading sheet for the current lot: origin, moisture, vanillin and length. Judge us on the numbers before you commit. We would rather lose an order than ship a lot you regret.

Where do you deliver, and how fast?

Cold-chain delivery across the Benelux within 48 hours, the EU within 2–5 business days, and worldwide on request. Temperature logs are available per shipment, and we handle export documentation.

Do you offer payment terms?

First orders are on proforma invoice. Established accounts move to net-30 after a standard credit check. Tier II and III accounts can agree seasonal price locks.

Can you pack under our own label?

Yes. Private-label programmes are available for both houses from Tier II upward: your brand on our vanilla formats or the finished deli line.

Do you sell to private individuals?

A curated B2C selection is launching soon in household formats. Trade allocation always comes first. Join the private list to be notified.
